Clinical Supervision

Therapy is a HARD job. I know firsthand what it is like to “be in the trenches.” You deserve support and ongoing learning from someone who remembers very compassionately what it is like to have been where you are. You don’t have to feel alone with a challenging caseload. You don’t have to feel stuck, not knowing where to go next to help your client. You deserve feedback, guidance, teaching and support that will help you gain confidence to help your clients move forward toward their goals.

I know first-hand the toll poor quality or quantity of clinical supervision can take on a therapist. Not getting what you need out of supervision, or not being provided with adequate supervision at all can lead to burnout, compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, and impact your personal and professional capacity to realize your goals. In a judgment free space, I provide emotional support and empathy while supporting your learning process. High-quality supervision with compassion acts as both a preventive tool for burnout and compassion fatigue, as well as to help mitigate symptoms and experiences that have already appeared.
