What’s okay to talk about in here?
Anything and everything. Shame wants us to stay silent, isolated and alone. Talking about the things shame has long told us to keep secret, and bravely telling our story, is a way forward into freedom, support, connection and community. I will feel honored to witness your story.
I believe you. I take confidentiality very seriously, and will go over in depth in our first session the limits to confidentiality.
In therapy with me you WILL:

- Believe that you are enough, and that you are so, so, so worthy
- Feel more deserving and empowered to take up space and express your needs
- Be in the driver’s seat of your own life
- Feel heard, seen, valued, and understood
- Learn skills to “ride the wave” of the challenges of life
- Gain more tools to navigate daily stressors
- Learn how to reframe anxious and depressive thinking, and shift perspective on some “stuck” thoughts
- Learn skills to show yourself self-compassion
- Learn how to skillfully set boundaries with loved ones in your life
- Feel more in control over your emotions and reactions
- Laugh (hopefully)
- Surprise yourself with how resilient you are
- Gain clarity and confidence with life decisions
